I have been affiliated with Bob Spears at Central States Construction for over fifteen
years. Bob and his team have built many building for me during this time. Central
States Construction has always built a high quality building at a fair price with
very few change orders; and I mean very few. Central States Construction has a stable
of good quality sub-contracts working for them.
The Central States Construction’s General Contractors do their homework. They know
the building and plans inside and out prior to the start of construction. When an
issue arises concerning the construction of the building, nine out of then times
it is handled without “you” the owner having to get involved. They manage the job
so you don’t have to, from start to finish.
Central States Construction finishes the job on time? They manage the punch list
until it is completed and you are happy. I would recommend Central States Construction
to anyone seeking to hire a construction company for their next project.
